• Affiliate links. Some links to partners are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you if you use them.
• Advertising. We may display ads on the site.

What stays independent

The core information on this site, where military families live, on-base versus off-base housing, verified BAH rates from the official DoD sources, neighborhoods, and schools, is drawn from public and official data and is not influenced by advertisers or partners.

What we do not do

We are not a real estate brokerage and do not take real estate referral fees. Our monetization focuses on move-related services (movers, storage, transport, insurance), advertising, and affiliate relationships.
